In my previous blog I contemplated on the possibility that a Stargate may occupy the sacred landscape in Hart Plaza, Detroit Michigan. For more on the alignment of Hart Plaza in comparrison to the Giza pyramids and the stars, please read my previous blog (Stargate Detroit).
Today we will speculate on how a stargate could have been placed in downtown Detroit. The majority of the plaza including the 'Pylon' and The 'Horus' Dodge Fountain were commisioned to architect and sculptor Isamu Noguchi. . Isamu Noguchi was born in 1904 and passed on in 1988. As a boy he spent most of his time in Japan. As a teenager he became interested in art and sculpture and followed his passion studying around the world.
Noguchi studied in New York, Paris, London, and Japan. His artistic capabilities flourished and he became a world famous sculptor. Noguchi later immersed himself in the Surrealist approach of exploring one’s own psyche and using art to express hidden emotions and subjective perceptions. Surrealism was an art movement in which artists aimed to express the unconscious, non-logical sensations and inspirations. Surrealist art often created hallucinatory, dream- like images, in realistic style. Isamu Noguchi felt that art could be a catalyst for individual insight and change. He said,” New concepts of the physical world and a psychology may give insights into knowledge, but the visible world, in human terms, is more than scientific truths. It enters our consciousness as emotion as well as knowledge; trees grow in vigor, flowers have evanescence, and mountains lie somnolent-with meaning. The promise of sculpture is to project these inner presences into forms that can be recognized as important and meaningful in of themselves. Our heritage is now the world. Art, for the first time, may be said to have a world consciousness.”

In regard to what the designer of the Horus fountain had in mind, Isamu Noguchi said,” I wanted to make a new fountain, a fountain in which represents our times and our relationship to outerspace.” In Mr. Noguchi’s own words he had said that the Pylon relates to “space flight”, while the ‘Horus’ fountain represents “our relationship to outer space. The question becomes: was his aligning of sacred art and architecture with the stars intentional? Or another possibility, could he have been ‘vibing’ with the sacred landscape consequently unconsciously downloading cosmic architectural plans? We must remember that his specialty was Surrealist art, or art that is aimed at expressing the unconscious! Coincidently Mr. Noguchi may have previously accomplished this form of art on an interplanetary scale!
In 1947, approximately 29 years before the Face on Mars was photographed by the Viking Orbiter 1, Noguchi created a model for a 1KM. Earthen structure which was to be named the ‘Sculpture to be Seen from Mars’. Synchronisticaly this happened to be the same year of the ‘Roswell Incident’. Although this sculpture was never realized it would have consisted of a face made from mountains of sand, with a stone pillar a mile high to represent the nose.14 Isamu wanted to make an image that would only make since when viewed from at least the distance of the moon or Mars. He intended this monument to inform extraterrestrials that – before the nuclear destruction of the race – a civilized life form had once occupied planet Earth! Could the Face on Mars also have been built in this recognition? If so, Mr. Noguchi was able to perceivably download this information decades before it was discovered by NASA. I feel this definitely lends credence to the possibility of Mr. Noguchi aligning Hart Plaza’s sacred art and architecture with the stars(heavens), albeit consciously or not.
Noguchi's 'Face to be Seen from Mars / Face on Mars
Another possibility in regard to the design and architecture incorporated at Hart Plaza and the surrounding area is that the artists unconsciously tapped into the memories contained within the ley lines running through the area. Ley lines are part of Earth’s energy system and can also be referred to as “ Earth –energy lines”. Ley lines wrap our planet and have been recognized by ancient civilizations for thousands of years. They realized that along these lines there was significant energy, and that energy could be tapped into. In ancient times standing stone circles and sacred sights were built upon these energy lines, especially where they converge or connect. Significance being that in Michigan, not only did a large number of the mound sites lie on ley-lines, but so does Detroit.
Many believe that ley-lines are not only energetic, but that they can receive and transmit memories. Peter Champoux says,” Ley lines are the nervous system of the Earth and impact the nervous systems of biology. Ley lines are wave forms drawn as a line, they spiral and undulate like human DNA (PYLON?). It is thought that this morphogenic resonance field facilitates the transmission of memories held by the land into cellular memory of the body through the DNA. Leys that are kinked or blocked can create a geopathic condition affecting DNA, health, and social peace. Leys free of encumbrances (karma as such) conversely carry grace and power that benefits health and social peace by connecting our biology with that of the living healthy Earth.” This one statement tells us exactly how Isamu Noguchi may have received or downloaded his architectural inspirations. This also helps to explain Detroit’s social unrest. Champoux says,” Community disconnection from place leave these pathways open to manifestation of chaotic toxicity.” It is time we re-connect with the energy of the sacred landscape in Detroit’s Stargate park, as others have done in the past.
It is beginning to appear likely that Isamu Noguchi may have been capable of unconsciously tapping into cosmic energies (The Face Looking at Mars), and possibly even Earthly ley-lines resulting in Hart Plaza. We could speculate all day on how and where this information originated, but in Detroit’s past in particular there was one man who may have played a role in ushering in what he referred to as ‘The Aeon of Horus’. Aleister Crowley was known to some as an occult hero, and others as “the wickedest man in the world”! He was an influential member of several occult organizations, and loosely associated with members of the Freemasons.

He was an influential member of several occult organizations, and loosely associated with members of the Freemasons.
In 1904 while Crowley was in Cairo, Egypt he had a mystical experience that would eventually lead to his founding of the religious philosophy known as Thelema. According to Crowley, through invocations the Egyptian god Horus had informed him that a new magikal Aeon had begun, and he was to be the prophet. It is said that Horus later dictated the words for ‘The Book of Law’ which Crowley wrote down. It took him many years to except this writing, yet eventually he came to embrace them as the official doctrines of The New Age of Horus.
Of relevance to our inquiry is the fact that in 1919 Aleister decided to spread his message to Detroit. In 1919 he came to Detroit and made connections with the local Masons, and convened a “Supreme Grand Council” to negotiate a trade of Masonic degrees for positions on the Supreme Council of the regional jurisdiction of the Scottish Rite Masons.18 One of his main missions was to spread ‘The Law of Thelema’, also referred to as Scientific Illuminism and Magik. He believed this teaching would reveal to humanity nothing less than the basis of a new spiritual epoch, The New Aeon of Horus. The philosophy of Thelema is based on the dictation “Do What Thou Wilt”. It draws its principle deities from the Ancient Egyptian religion. The highest deity in the Thelema cosmology is the goddess Nuit(Nut)! The second principle deity is the god Hadit, Nuit’s compliment and consort. Hadit symbolizes manifestation, motion and time. He has been described as , ”the flame that burns in every heart of man, and in the core of every star.” The third, and all important deity within the cosmology is Ra-Hoor-Khuit, a manifestation of Horus! This cosmology seems highly ironic in comparison to Hart Plaza’s Horace and Son fountain.
1) The principle deity Nuit(Nut) could perceivably be represented in the physical symbolism of the fountain.
2) The Deity Hadit described as, “The flame that burns in every Heart of man, and in the core of every star.” : The Horus fountain sits in the Heart of Hart Plaza and could seemingly represent the ‘core’ star in the constellation of Orion.
3) And of course Ra-Hoor-Khuit, a manifestation of Horus coincides perfectly with the dedication of The Horus and Son fountain of re-birth.
According to local news sources it is believed that discussions went poorly, and the Supreme Grand Council soon fell apart. Crowley soon there after left town, and is believed to more or less gave up on his project of absorbing his beliefs with those of the Masons.
Most sources concur that Crowley left unsuccessful in his attempts to usher in Detroit’s New Aeon of Horus. But there are a few who have contemplated a different scenario. Some wonder,” could Aleister Crowley have successfully absorbed the Valley of Detroit’s branch of the Scottish Rite into his sphere of influence?”

Admittedly this may sound rather unlikely, but at the same time we must remember the name of the game is secrecy and hiding knowledge in plain sight. Another postulation could be that although Crowley left under the assumption he was unsuccessful, the energies and intentions were absorbed through the sacred landscape and into the ley-lines. Could this information later have been unconsciously tapped into and downloaded when the time was right? Admittedly some will not feel comfortable with the possibility of sacred wisdom being deposited intentionally(or not)by an occultist. But what we may wish to consider is that of less importance may be who deposited the knowledge and energies, and of greater importance is how we receive it, perceive it, and most of all utilize it!
Welcome to the 'Aeon of Horus'
For several days I have been reading and looking for Stargate Detroit (The Aeon of Horus) and wow I have no idea that in the web were so many blogs related to generic viagra, but anyways, thanks for sharing your inputs, they are really helpful.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice day
I noticed this Noguchi "Face to Be Seen From Mars" sculpture (well, the small mock up of what was to be a massive park sculpture) decades ago while researching him for an art class I was taking, and of course, like anyone should be, was amazed at the similarity with the "Face on Mars" (though this was before the newer pics NASA took). I remember a lot of people who used to discuss the "Face on Mars" (at least the original blurry version) would talk about the strange "platform" structure where the forehead would be (assuming Martian faces are like ours), and the simplified face/head Noguchi planned has just such a "platform" looking part for the forehead. He came up with the idea two years after the first Atomic bombs went off, as you say, in case we blow ourselves up and cease to exist, maybe a face large enough to be seen by our closest possibly inhabitable planet would be our only sign we existed (I'm sure this was a political and social point he was making, I don't think he literally believed in Martians, but I could be wrong).
ReplyDeleteSomething you may not have known about Noguchi, I read it in one of his biographies (sorry, can't find the source, but I don't think he has many full length bios, in English at any rate - he was half Japanese and half American, by the way, so I imagine the atomic bombing of one country by the other affected him on a personal level in a deep way). If I recall correctly, at some point, he became friends with Francis Crick (one of the discoverers of the structure of DNA, of course - also an early proponent of "panspermia" - the idea that building blocks of life travel on comets and asteroids through space and when they land on planets with the right conditions, they start making life), and one day (well after the DNA structure discovery), Crick was talking with Noguchi, and his sculptures, and got out a book of Noguchi's work and showed him a sculpture Noguchi had made many years before - well before the DNA structure was known, which Crick had noticed (in retrospect) was shaped like a double helix! I think Noguchi had even forgotten about that piece, and was just as surprised.
Clearly, Isamu Noguchi seemed to be a bit psychic, or in tune with the Collective Unconscious, was prone to synchronicity, or whatever. He also had an affair with the very incredible model/photographer/war correspondent Lee Miller (one of the few very talented female artists let into the mostly boys club that was Surrealism). Not relevant, but maybe a sign he was just really lucky! :)
